The carried out project pursues a double objective: the remodeling and enlargement of the plaza. The remodeling responds to the proper laws of the present plaza, a concentric structure with the fountain as the central piece. To this, a new element is introduced, destined to guide the flows of pedestrians: a diagonal, which is drawn as a counterpoint to the concentric geometry of the plaza. This way, a new crossing path is organized with the objective to introduce the pedestrian to the plaza without limiting him only to the perimeter. The enlargement is done at the southern limit on the new surface provided by the adjoining terrain. A subtle intervention is suggested, which consists of carving the existent ground, resulting in a shape, which is enhanced by its own shadow. In this space the playground required by the property is developed. Fluent lines of concrete transform from walls into benches or pavements, which are in contrast with the coloring of the proper playgrounds. This way two plazas become one, nourishing one from another.
