ADD + is a reflection on new modes of contemporary living. We focused the study on the alojativa unit and on how stacking it may form a piece or building that can adapt to different places. In order to achieve this by STACKING the different types of houses we turn to define a system with a basic module of 2.70 x 5.40. The addition of modules will generate the different types of housing. The main characteristic of all these types is the existence of a neutral space which articulate and allows FLEXIBILITY to the housing. In order to create this space the private areas of the house (bedroom + bathroom) are packed releasing the rest, in such a way that it becomes a meeting place and a place of relationship in some cases, a place of work in other cases or simply a terrace-garden on top on the way to the sky. In this space lies the kitchen, which is understood as an object, a piece of furniture, a workbench, which can be placed anywhere or even not taken. The registrable technical floor allows the total change of place of the kitchen, according to the preference of the occupant and at the same time it is a storage place. This neutral space we are talking about expands both in plan and section. This space incorporates a double height garden located at the entrance and a "mattress space"located on the façade that may function as a terrace or as an extension of the house. Thus, this space "opens" as much outwards as to the inner garden. This way, through the use and manipulation of different filters, a space is incorporated into another being even able to get to appropriate the entrance corridor to the apartments. This flexible space becomes a through-space which drills a hole in the building from one side to another. Garden-house-terrace fuse into one to become a single space.
