The project proposes a reflection on the relationship between free and built space. A system of bands of patios that open onto the existing park and which interrelate the many distinct modules organized according to the functional program is established. The program is organized in a series of volumes, interconnected by the yard strips and sewn by the longitudinal route from which you you accede to the various modules and have the perception of the different patios. The circulations are organized by a main route that sews all modules and two vertical paths, an internal one from the administrative piece and a public one to get to the surgery on the upper floor. An aluminium outer skin meets the enclosure giving the building a unified image. The opening of holes through a system of folding shutters of the same material contributes to the continuation of the enclosure. An inner phenolic panels skin, wooden finished, meets the functional enclosure inside, which creates the different areas required by the program.
